Head Chef - Job Specification:

  • At least 4 years experience as a head chef
  • Proven ability to manage the kitchen staff and to create a innovative menus
  • Proven ability of providing quality meals on a budgeted menu
  • Wide-ranging experience in international Cuisine
  • Working knowledge of the HACCP standards
